Recruiter, Campus and Early Career

Are you passionate about helping students launch their careers? At American Credit Acceptance, we’re looking for a Campus & Early Career Recruiter who will connect emerging talent with real opportunity—while helping shape the future of our internship and new grad programs.

In this role, you’ll be the face of ACA on college campuses and a trusted partner to early-career candidates. From career fairs to onboarding, you'll help bring our early talent strategy to life. You don’t need years of recruiting experience—just a people-first mindset, strong organizational skills, and a passion for making a difference.

Source and recruit interns and entry-level talent from colleges and universities through job postings, events, referrals, and direct outreach

Coordinate and attend on-campus and virtual recruiting events, such as career fairs, info sessions, and networking nights

Review resumes, screen candidates, and support the interview and selection process in collaboration with hiring leaders

Build relationships with career centers, faculty, and student organizations to deepen our campus presence

Partner with the internship program team to support onboarding, event planning, and program logistics for a high-impact intern experience

Track and manage candidates through our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring timely updates and follow-up communication

Promote a great candidate experience by being friendly, responsive, and informative every step of the way

Collaborate with teammates across Talent Acquisition to improve processes, share best practices, and ensure consistent branding

✔ Previous experience in recruiting, campus engagement, program coordination, or a related field is a plus—but not required
✔ Strong communication skills—you’re confident connecting with students and leaders alike
✔ Highly organized and detail-oriented—you thrive in fast-paced environments
✔ Collaborative by nature—you work well across teams and aren’t afraid to jump in and help
✔ Passionate about helping others succeed and delivering a standout candidate experience
✔ Willing to travel to campuses and represent ACA with professionalism and energy
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ATS tools or event coordination is a plus
