Summary/Objective
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure our operations and support areas have accurate, timely, relevant, and automated reporting for decision-making. This role involves close partnering with organization leaders as a trusted advisor for ad-hoc data-driven decisions and driving continuous and disruptive improvement in our operations strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate, timely, relevant, and automated reporting systems to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with organization leaders to provide data-driven insights, translating technical data into actionable business recommendations.
- Drive continuous and disruptive improvement initiatives to enhance operational strategies and processes.
- Maintain and Support key processes that drive day-to-day operations
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability, implementing best practices for data quality.
- Analyze key performance metrics identifying trends and tracking improvements.
- Design and develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis and modeling to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for operational optimization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, Macros, SUMIF functions, etc.), PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI (dashboard creation, DAX formulas, data modeling)
- Familiarity with Python, RStudio, and Redshift (AWS) or a strong ability to learn quickly.
- Understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline best practices is a plus.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones (including Zoom and Microsoft Teams applications).
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Workdays are Monday through Friday. The daily schedule may vary from 8 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 6 pm. Hours may vary or exceed 40 in any given week depending on the needs of the business.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.
