Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Director of Servicing Innovation to lead the transformation of loss mitigation and recovery strategies at ACA. This role is responsible for driving innovation through process enhancements, technology solutions, and advanced training programs to optimize performance while ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations. Key areas of focus include implementing effective process controls, enhancing negotiation and objection-handling techniques, conducting account reviews, leveraging skip tracing methodologies, and integrating cutting-edge technology solutions to improve servicing outcomes.

- Responsibility of a loss mitigation and recoveries staff to mitigate losses and maximize recoveries for ACA
- Manage the communications with internal management and external clients
- Evaluate and make recommendations related to organizational structure, talent assessment, staff reductions/expansions, process flows and technology needs
- Implements processes to reduce Delinquency and Charge offs, assists in ensuring appropriate reporting of Charge Offs in accordance with State and Federal regulations
- Managing and performing updates to the loss mitigation and recoveries systems and other department technology as required
- Producing loss mitigation, recoveries, and production reports for the Servicing Department
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in auto loan or financial servicing
- 5+ years of experience in collections or recoveries
- 5+ years of experience with people management and leadership
- Bachelor's Degree in a field related to industry or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows (Word and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to use logic and reasoning skills
- Ability to exhibit leadership qualities
- Have understanding of budget preparation
- Previous Audit and Compliance experience
- MSP/CMS technical knowledge preferred
Supervisory Responsibility
This position will set strategy for a team of Specialists, Supervisors, Managers and Directors.
Work Environment and Physical Demands: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position with a work schedule of Monday-Friday with some schedule variations as needed.
Travel: This position will require up to 25% travel.
